All forms of life undergo constant rebirth. This is true of the inner and outer self, in human form, in animal, and in plant and mineral forms.

Man's creations, such as political and religious institutions, are his expressions in life at his level of understanding the One Spirit, the One Mind, the One God of Light. These institutions experience constant change (rebirth) as man evolves to the higher understanding of the One Spirit, He Is.

Therefore, be not disquieted by the erroneous actions of earthly institutions because they, as well as mankind, are in the pangs of rebirth as the evolutionary Spirit of Oneness continually evolves in cycles (ages), reaching the perfected expression of the One Spirit in all forms.
